The Urban Shdows - US, are based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, about 45 minutes from Brighton. US was formed in 2005 by the two ‘Nox’ brothers - Adam & Andy. Bored with TV and video games and a society of closed minds and restriction, the brothers searched for a way to be free, and found Parkour.
Parkour has no rules, a french word loosely meaning course, and that is what you seek - The freedom to take your own path through the very obstacles designed to restrain and entrap you.
The true beauty of parkour comes when you begin to understand the instinct behind it, dont think just act, allow the animal within you (that society has contained) to surface and take control of your movements, your heart beat is all you hear, your breath is all you taste, your strength is all you feel, when the city is your jungle, you are free...
